For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document and all related tda777 policies:

• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits awarded by tda777 under specific bonus offers, subject to applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupees, the currency in which all tda777 Account balances are denominated.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification — the identity and age verification process required by tda777 prior to processing withdrawal requests.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked on eligible games before it may be withdrawn as real money.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to the tda777 Platform is restricted under applicable law or tda777 policy.

By accessing the tda777 Platform, creating an Account, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the tda777 Privacy Policy and any other policies published on the Platform, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the tda777 Platform and, if applicable, close your Account. Continued use of the Platform following any published amendments to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and use the tda777 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Your Account must not have been previously suspended or permanently closed by tda777 for breach of these Terms.

tda777 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending review.

To access real-money services on the tda777 Platform, you must create an Account by completing the registration process and providing all required information accurately and truthfully. The following conditions apply to Account registration:

4.1 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one active tda777 Account. The registration of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, payment methods, devices, or identity documents — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, tda777 reserves the right to close all but the first-registered Account and to forfeit any balances held in the duplicate Accounts.

4.2 Accuracy of Information

You are required to provide your full legal name, date of birth, a valid email address, and a Pakistani mobile number at registration. All information provided must be accurate, complete, and current. tda777 is not liable for any consequences arising from inaccurate information provided by the User, including delays or failures in payment processing.

4.3 KYC Verification

tda777 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer process. Before your first withdrawal is processed, you will be required to submit a copy of a valid government-issued identity document (such as a Pakistani CNIC or passport) and proof of payment method ownership. tda777 may request additional documentation at any point during your Account's lifetime. Accounts that do not complete KYC verification will have withdrawal functionality suspended until verification is complete.

4.4 Account Activation

tda777 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion and without providing a reason. Account activation does not constitute a guarantee of continued access to all Platform features.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your tda777 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your Account.

• You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• You must not allow any other person to access or use your tda777 Account.
• tda777 will never contact you by email, SMS, or live chat to request your password. Any communication purporting to do so should be treated as fraudulent and reported to tda777 support immediately.
• You must notify tda777 support immediately upon becoming aware or suspecting that your Account credentials have been compromised or that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.
• All transactions and gameplay actions conducted through your Account are presumed to have been authorised by you unless you have notified tda777 of a security breach in accordance with the above.

tda777 is not liable for any losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.

All deposits to your tda777 Account are denominated in PKR. tda777 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and debit card. Available methods and their respective limits are displayed in the Cashier section of your Account.

6.1 Deposit Limits

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per day. Current limits are published in the Cashier section and may be updated by tda777 from time to time. Players may also set personal deposit limits via Account Settings in accordance with tda777's Responsible Gaming policy.

6.2 Processing Times

JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are credited to your tda777 Real-Money Balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits may take up to two banking business days to reflect, depending on the processing timelines of the relevant financial institution.

6.3 Payment Method Ownership

You may only deposit using payment methods that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — including those made by family members — are not permitted. tda777 reserves the right to reverse any deposit identified as originating from a payment method not belonging to the Account holder and to request documentary proof of payment method ownership as part of the KYC process.

6.4 Currency

tda777 operates exclusively in PKR. All account balances, bets, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are denominated and processed in PKR. tda777 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies.

Withdrawal requests from your tda777 Real-Money Balance are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have completed the KYC verification process before any withdrawal request will be processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals will be paid to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to a verified payment method registered to your Account. tda777 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within one to four hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals follow standard interbank processing timelines.
• tda777 reserves the right to conduct additional security and fraud checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times. Users will be notified if additional documentation is required.
• Withdrawal requests may be declined where the Account is under investigation for breach of these Terms, pending KYC completion, or where tda777 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity.

Bonus Balance funds that have not yet met applicable wagering requirements are not available for withdrawal and will not form part of any withdrawal amount calculation.

tda777 offers promotional bonuses including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cricket season specials. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published with each individual promotion:

8.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the promotion-specific terms, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before they are converted to Real-Money Balance and made available for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the terms of each individual bonus offer. Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit specified for each promotion.

8.2 Eligible Games

Not all games on the tda777 Platform contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games generally contribute 100% of each stake. Live casino games and sports betting markets may contribute at a reduced rate or may not contribute at all. Contribution rates are published in the relevant promotion terms.

8.3 Bonus Abuse

tda777 operates a zero-tolerance policy in respect of bonus abuse. Actions including but not limited to the creation of multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus, the use of low-risk betting strategies designed specifically to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, and the use of automated scripts or bots constitute bonus abuse. Where bonus abuse is identified, tda777 reserves the right to forfeit the entire Bonus Balance, cancel any pending withdrawals derived from bonus funds, and permanently close the Account.

8.4 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses have an expiry date. Any Bonus Balance remaining at the time of expiry, together with any winnings derived from that Bonus Balance, will be forfeited automatically. tda777 will not reinstate expired bonuses under any circumstances.

All bets and wagers placed on the tda777 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product category. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with these rules before placing bets.

9.1 Cricket Betting

Cricket betting markets on tda777, including PSL, T20 international, ODI, and test match markets, are governed by the sports betting rules published in the relevant section of the Platform. In the event of a match abandonment, cancellation, or postponement, settlement rules applicable to each market type will apply. tda777's settlement decisions on cricket markets are final.

9.2 Live Casino

Live casino games are operated by third-party studio providers under their own licensing and certification. Game rules are displayed within each live table interface. tda777 accepts no liability for technical disruptions originating from the studio provider's infrastructure.

9.3 Slots & Instant Games

All slot and instant game outcomes are determined by independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes. Results of each game round are final once displayed.

9.4 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a technical malfunction affecting game play or bet settlement, tda777 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant Player Accounts. Malfunction voids all pays and plays. tda777 will not honour payouts resulting from a demonstrable system error.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via Account Settings. A reduction in limits takes effect immediately. An increase is subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period before it becomes active.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a temporary suspension (minimum 24 hours) or a permanent self-exclusion via Account Settings or by contacting tda777 support. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. During any self-exclusion period, tda777 will make reasonable efforts to prevent the excluded Account from accessing the Platform.
• Reality Checks: Players may enable session time reminders via Account Settings to receive notifications about their session duration at set intervals.
• Minor Protection: tda777 strictly enforces the 21+ age restriction. Parents and guardians are encouraged to use parental control software to prevent minors from accessing online gambling platforms.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tda777 Platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during the KYC process.
• Registering or operating more than one tda777 Account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform in any way not permitted under these Terms.
• Exploiting any bug, error, or vulnerability in the Platform software. Any such discovery must be reported to tda777 support immediately.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or any activity that undermines the integrity of betting markets or game outcomes.
• Attempting to launder money or use the tda777 Platform for any purpose connected with financial crime.
• Conducting chargebacks on deposits without first contacting tda777 support to seek resolution through the Platform's dispute process.
• Accessing the tda777 Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN or any other method of IP obfuscation.

All content on the tda777 Platform, including but not limited to the tda777 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and promotional materials, is the exclusive property of tda777 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the tda777 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without tda777's prior written consent.
• Use tda777's brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement without authorisation.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the tda777 Platform on any third-party website or application.

Any unauthorised use of tda777's intellectual property will be pursued to the full extent permitted by applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, tda777 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, arising from:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the tda777 Platform or any of its features.
• Technical malfunctions, server downtime, or interruptions in internet connectivity beyond tda777's reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any inaccuracy in odds, game results, or settlement figures resulting from a demonstrable technical error, in which case tda777's remedy will be limited to voiding affected transactions and restoring the relevant stake amounts.
• Changes to applicable law or regulation that affect the availability of tda777 services in your jurisdiction.

tda777's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the value of your Real-Money Balance at the time the relevant claim arises. Nothing in these Terms limits tda777's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

tda777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, tda777 will provide reasonable notice to registered Users via email or an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after the stated effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under tda777's international gaming licence. If a complaint cannot be resolved through the internal process within a reasonable timeframe, Users may escalate the matter in accordance with the dispute resolution procedures set out under tda777's operating licence. tda777's decisions on game outcomes, bet settlement, and account reviews are final in the absence of a demonstrable technical error.

Nothing in this section limits any statutory rights you may have under the applicable consumer protection laws of your jurisdiction.
